Jaroqe Property :
Friendly Advice, Repairs,
Renovations, Creations, Maintenance, Design.
I am Jaro Gebka, the principal
of Jaroqe Property.
I have worked in central Scotland
for several years now
as a single artisan and also with small groups of craftsmen and craftswomen who enjoy delivering a good job. As a result work is usually by recommendation and I do not advertise very much.
I can advise and am happy to estimate for most aspects of property repair, be it home or commercial.
Many jobs around the home,
office, workshop or garage involves a mixture of tasks that can overlap
of interfere with each other, for example having to repaint after an
electrician has been round or clean up after a plumber. This is
especially where I can offer the advantage by providing you with a
one-stop, one-call solution, where the responsibility starts and stops
with me.

Things to consider
Realistically,
repairs usually involve preparation, such as moving furniture, storage,
moving about of tools and materials during the work, clearing up,
cleaning and re-installing furnishings. Between start and finished job
there is a definite amount of moving items about that clients
visualizing how they want their property to look can often forget
about. This is where good liaison is important. Communication is the
key to getting the best job done.
